Celebrating Easter at home

Christ is risen!

Easter 2020 is different.

We will not gather for worship in our United Methodist churches. No lilies. No brass. No sunrise service. But that doesn't mean we cannot celebrate our risen Lord. We will just have to find new ways!

Our virtual choir anthem, "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today!" is a celebration of worship together... even while we're apart.

Below are some tips to help your family celebrate Easter from home.

During the coronavirus pandemic, many United Methodist churches are holding online worship services, such as Glendale United Methodist Church in Nashville. Here, a young member of the Glendale UMC family watches. Photo courtesy of Glendale United Methodist Church
