Update on Petition #81098 from the Connectional Table
The 2008 General Conference referred Petition #81098 to The Connectional Table with a mandate to report back to the 2008 General Conference delegates by January 31, 2010. At its Fall 2009 meeting, The Connectional Table considered Petition #81098 and the following action was taken and reported to the secretary of the General Conference:
At this point, the petition is premature given the work of the Call to Action Steering Committee and we take no action at this time.

La Conférence Générale de 2008 a renvoyé la Pétition No 81098 to à la Table Connectionnelle avec un mandat de faire un rapport aux délégués de la Conférence Générale de 2008 au plus tard le 31 janvier 2010. La Table Connectionnelle a discuté la Pétition No 81098 lors sa réunion d’automne 2009 et a fait part au Secrétaire Général de la Conférence Générale de l’action suivante :
Considérant le travail du Comité Directeur Appel à l’Action, la pétition, à ce stade, est prématurée et nous n’entreprenons aucune action en ce moment.
