Is your church going through a major change? Is there an undercurrent of tension? Are you having recurring problems that never seem to get resolved? The enneagram may be able to help you. Focusing on the “why” behind actions rather than simply what people do, the enneagram is a personality typing system that can help church leaders understand themselves and their communities better. The enneagram can give us compassionate insight into our own motives, world views, communication styles, and habitual behavior patterns as well as those of others. This course is for all church leaders – both formal and informal – who are interested in helping their church find ways to deal with conflict, navigate change, and address interpersonal issues with grace and compassion. Participants do not need to know their enneagram type before the course begins but will likely discover it during the course.
