What To Expect

Our congregation is diverse in almost every way. From every path -- straight and narrow to wildly winding -- you will find a kind and passionate congregation comprised of students, young professionals, retirees, artists and social workers, homeless folks and empty nesters, families with children, gay and straight couples, and singles. We range in age from infant to 80, with a median age of about 35. Our average worship attendance is about 50. The seekers, skeptics, and hopers who compose our community are engaged and honest -- not stodgy or dogmatic. Many of us were not raised in the United Methodist tradition; in fact, many of us did not grow up in a church at all. We are open to mystery, to our lives being shaken with the love and new life of God in Jesus Christ.
