The author of our discussion book, Wayne Teasdale, coined the term “interspiritual” to describe commonalities between religious traditions, specifically those that are spiritual in nature. While not diminishing differences in beliefs, these shared traits build community and sharing across practices. This course invites you to explore what may be your hidden knowledge of unity by learning and practicing mysticism’s oneness in world religion. You can join a journey toward unity, social justice, and happiness by working together. These practices will liberate your meditation into a transformative practice.
