Holston Conference United Methodist Women will host a Social Action Event, "Do No Harm: Understanding and Challenging the School-to-Prison Pipeline". This will be a virtual event to be held Saturday, January 22, 2022, from 10:00 AM -12:00 Noon. Open to all, this interactive workshop will deepen your understanding of the school-to-prison pipeline using a Wesleyan framework. We will also explore ways to interrupt this pattern of systemic harm and make a positive change in our communities. Whether you are brand new to the work or have been involved for decades, we invite you to join the conversation. There is no cost to participate. A Mission Giving offering will be taken for Bennett College for Women, a United Methodist Women National Mission Institution.
