These are very dear and touching times, during these COVID days, as we go forward in our personal grieving or know of others who are touched by theirs. How timely may this be for us to explore and share about our own grieving and that of those dear to us! We will be sharing a Book Study together based on the text, “Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart”, by Alan D. Wolfelt, PhD. author, educator and grief counselor, Dr Wolfelt is known across North America for his compassionate messages about healing in grief. Recipient of the Association of Death Education and Counseling’s Death Educator Award, he serves as Director of the Center for Loss and Life Transition in Fort Collins, Colorado. Together we will grow through our own insights and those of Dr Wolfelt and our classmates. We will come to a renewed realization and conviction that we can and will become “reconciled” in our grieving even if this cannot be “resolved”. Learners will be required to obtain a copy of the book:
