Presenting Scripture in ways adapted to many modes of presentation has never been more important than today, when those hearing the message may be in person, online, or both. As pastors and small group leaders adapt to the new significance of the internet in ministry, this class will focus on a different Scripture text each week, discerning creative ways to express the passage creatively. This may be through artwork for social media, a drama that can be performed, or written word that can be shared as a sermon or reflection. Guided by the Holy Spirit, you will spark your creativity and inspire others to know Christ. You will discover how a Scripture reference can be used on Facebook or Instagram, carrying the message past limits of time and location to be present in lives throughout the week.
