We are currently associated with United Christian Ministries in Sylva, Meals on Wheels, and provide volunteers for several "thrift" stores. A few of our members also volunteer at nearby nursing homes to sit with, write letters for, and provide company to residents. 

In addition to those mentioned above, we routinely collect monies for our local community cemetery, the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), a non-profit agency that provides resources to those affected by natural disasters, the United Discipleship Bible Ministries, who provide care and resources to those who are incarcerated, and a few other concerns. 

We have adopted the men and women of our local Savannah Volunteer Fire Department, who reside near us just under a mile away. We offer prayer for the safety of the firefighters and their families, gifts of appreciation from our congregation, and occasionally food for their physical souls. We are also in partnership with Fort Tatham Campground with a combined mission to increase community involvement.
