UMTV: Pastors Model Peace After Ferguson


The St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Missouri was the scene of racial unrest and many days of protests after 18-year-old Michael Brown was fatally shot in an altercation with police on August 9, 2014.

Two United Methodist pastors, who are friends, faced new challenges when they were called to be on the front lines of the situation. In an exclusive interview with United Methodist Communications, they shared what it was like to be on the streets then, and what their congregations have been working on to change things.
