Responsibilities of the Support Services Department include:
- Facilitate travel and meeting planning for the GCFA staff, meetings of the Council, and other agencies and groups upon request.
- Support the Business Manager of General Conference in preparation for the quadrennial meeting by assisting with Delegate and Official attendee care before and during General Conference.
- Facility management and usage including purchase of supplies and equipment, internal duplicating services, telephone service, maintenance and housekeeping, and security.
- Staff support for the United Methodist Association of Church Business Administrators and the National Association of Commissions on Equitable Compensation.
