Welcome

Haller Lake United Methodist Church welcomes you to our Christian community. Whether you are a seeker, doubter or believer, we want to include you as we strive for greater faith and understanding of God. We believe all people are made in God’s image and are equally worthy of God’s love, whether single persons or families, children or adults. We welcome everyone regardless of age, ability, marital status, race, ethnicity, or gender. Because of the history of exclusion in the Christian church, we especially welcome those of all sexual orientations and gender identities, whether gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender or questioning their place in the gender identity spectrum.

We are a people strongly committed to service. Our weekly worship, open for all, centers around God who gives us compassion and power to help others.

Church can happen anywhere.  It happens when we create learning opportunities that transform lives. It happens when we create safe environments where children can play and learn. It happens when education makes the path to citizenship a little easier. And when our sacrifices help nourish students’ minds and bodies. That’s putting beliefs into action.
