Snoqualmie United Methodist Church is: Seeking to be the voice, hands, and heart of Christ; sharing God’s love and grace in our congregation, the Snoqualmie Valley, and in our world! We hope you will join us on our journey of faith as we worship, grow, and serve together. You won't be a stranger for long!
Our Sunday morning worship includes prayer, preaching, and lots of singing. The Chancel Choir usually sings an anthem; one Sunday per month Bless This House, our praise band sings. Most folks feel comfortable dressed as they would for school or work. There is always nursery care during worship, and we offer Sunday school for K-6th grade during the later part of the order of worship. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of each month (sometimes more often), and the sacrament is open to all, regardless of age or baptism or church affiliation. Bread and juice are gluten free. Worship is followed by community time in the social hall; we share refreshments and conversation. You are welcome.
Church can happen anywhere. It happens when we create learning opportunities that transform lives. It happens when we create safe environments where children can play and learn. It happens when education makes the path to citizenship a little easier. And when our sacrifices help nourish students’ minds and bodies. That’s putting beliefs into action.
